Randy Waters doing business as Old World Hardwood Floors in Oklahoma City contracted to refinish our floors after flood damage.  Subsequent contractors noted the job should never have been done.  Waters took deposit plus funds for workmen to re-install woodword removed.  The job was botched, the workmen never came.  Waters maintained on numerous occasions he would return, but did not.  He retained funds and left us with a destroyed floor that had to be replaced and payments to contractors for work he had been paid.  Acquaintances of Waters who we met afterward noted that he was not a person to be trusted.
