Rankl & Ries Motorcars Inc. Sold newer car that needs MAJOR MECHANICAL REPAIRS!! Would not take "Problem Car" back or fix it while under warranty! BUYERS BEWARE!! Problems began same day it left their car lot!!

The vehicle was purchased on 3/10/01 in which the owner Mr Ries told us the car was a 100% great automobile!! Well on the home we noticed the transmission jerking and hesitation in the motor at speeds above 48 mph.The following morning there was about a quart of oil leaked all over my garage along with transmission fluid and antifreeze.
We then called Mr.Ries immediately to stop this horrible transaction. He then pleaded with us to let him fix the vehicle and make it right. On the way back to dealership the car dies on the freeway and stops running completely leaving us stranded for 2 hours and then car was towed back to dealership. At that time Mr Ties agreed to take the car back if it needed Major Repairs.
The car was at the dealership for 4 days.
When we picked up the car he said everthing was fixed and the car was once again 100%.The mechanic at the dealership said the car was blowing alot of oil out of the motor onto back firewall of car! Not a good sign at all! On the way home the car was STILL JERKING, STILL HESITATING, AND STILL LEAKING!
By this time he bought himself enough time to put the deal through. We then took the car to a local mechanic which told us the car needed some expensive repairs. Once again we called Mr.Ries and he said they would try to fix it again. Took the car back to him and once again he said it was fixed and ONCE AGAIN IT WAS'NT!!! STILL JERKING
Then the dealership calls and tells us they could not tranfer the licence plates from our other car to this new one because they screwed up paperwork on their end and the plates on the car were not valid. NICE TO KNOW AFTER 2 MONTHS! They also said that we had the title to our other car. THIS DEALERSHIP IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!!
At this point we seeked legal advice because we felt he sold us a "PROBLEM CAR" and he knew it. We asked Mr.Ries to take the car back like he said he would and he NEVER CALLED US BACK!!
BUYERS BEWARE!! BUYERS BEWARE!! BUYERS BEWARE!! BUYERS BEWARE!!
