Rant And Rave Photography ripoff can never give me back my wedding reception they ruined, or the memories they never captured!! Findlay Ohio

Rant and Rave has always been known in Findlay... little did everyone know that the owner and his wife are very rude and jeleous people. My parants had contracted with Rant and Rave to take all of our pictures at our wedding reception. What was taken was unfortunatley nothing to rant or rave over. The pictures that were taken were very off center and very very un-original.

There were many pictures that were left out that night, for instance a picture with my grandmother and all of my cousins, and all of my husbands family pictures!!! These family pictures were all discussed with Julie the owners wife prior to the reception. Before the reception and during it my husband and I were trying our hardest to get to everyone and greet them with nearly 500 guests invited we had our hands full. Rand and Julie kept reasuring us that they were paid to take care of everything so don't worry about a thing and that they had done it hundreds of times and had it under control. My husband and I had not realized until the next day that numerous sentimental pictures were never taken. The kicker of it all was when my cousin informed me that she had remimded Julie a number of times that these pictures still needed to be taken.

So we faced that fact that we could never have that day back and Julie appologized to my mother for her mistakes. Still waiting on what they were going to do about it to make it right with us we waited patiently for 7 weeks to get our pictures back. We had contracted for 2wks. They informed me that the wait was my fault for getting married around a holiday. I'm sorry but i don't feel it was my fault by any means. If they have to much work to handle enlist some help or make and extended promise date.

When we finally got someone to call us back 2 months after the reception in regards to what they would do to make it all right, we were told that they felt they had done everything in there power to do there job. We were also informed when i suggested that I may talk to a lawyer that it was my brother-in-laws fault for being late, and that our contract was void at that point. This still has me confused, what they are saying is that because he was late they felt that could do a half a** job and forget numerous picuters and not only that but make us wait a month and a half longer to get our proofs. I'm honestly amazed at the fact that they are still in business with such a horrible attitude and oviously work ethic. I feel that when Rand informed us that it was my brother-in-laws fault Rand was trying to drop the blame on someone else, someone who had nothing to do with our contract, someone whom neither my husband, Rand, Julie nor myself had any control over. There is alot more to the story but I feel this should be enough for anyone to make an asumption that they don't want this kind of headache ontop of the one they are already dealing with while planning the wedding. I thaught the troubles would be over when the wedding was done!!! If any lawyer reads this and feels that they may be able to help please contact me.
