RAPHAEL HOLOMAN-FRANKLIN RENT SCAMMING Internet

Raphael Holoman-Franklin is a multi-state scam artist and thief. He is wanted by the Seattle WA PD for passing bad checks. Their warrant is still in effect. In 2008, he rent scammed people in New York City. In 2009, he did the same to several people in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Non-formal complaints were made to the police, as rent scamming is treated as a civil matter - victims must hire lawyers at their own expense, with little chance of remuneration.

Holoman-Franklin uses religious and social concerns as a front. For some time he has maintained an Obama political blog, which is hypocritical beyond belief, given his propensity to lie and steal. He presents himself as being an educated man from England. His name is assumed, he is not English (born in the U.S.) , and his work, family, and educational history are fabricated. Once he has insinuated himself into people's lives, he arranges to rent a room or apartment from them. Before his scheduled move in date, he announces that he's "decided to live elsewhere and sublet". He shows the room or apartment to potential subletters, pockets the money, and flees.

Do not trust Holoman-Franklin! He is literally a one man crime wave and has stolen thousands of dollars from many people over the years. We have posted much information on the internet. The Cambridge, MA Community Television web site has allowed us to post warnings about him on their site as well.
