This company I found in dealing with them to secure a loan for my business was unprofessional and non-responsive.

The initial representative Peter Haverstein once contact made, hounded me with phone calls in getting the info, I sent all required documentation as requested by Peter Haverstein.

At initial consultation he stated his calculations would get us approved for about $8,000.  We thoroughly explained our business was twofold, a catering company and 8 months additional as a acquired restaurant as well.  Once the info was forwarded to him from our bank and from us - well what do you know, he wouldn't even callback and do then started to dodge our calls on business phone and his cell phone.  All we wanted was a response, yes or no for approval.  So we played his game and called the general customer service number, via that call transfer he answered the phone, and gave us bull**** excuses about loan processing, then he transferred us to what he says was the VP of accounts.  SPeaking with him, we got, well we generally don't loan to (restaurant) businesses if they are not a year old - this info was NEW to us and never, ever mentioned in any discussions with Peter.  So the so-called VP says I will see what I can do, and get back to you in about an hour, well that was several days ago, and we are still waiting on the call.  What kind of company can't even get back to you just to inform you - either you got approved or not.  Terribly unprofessional, unresponsive and simply such liars if they can't even call you back after they get all of your bank, business and personal information.  SHAME ON YOU RAPID ADVANCE!!!    Terry, Temecula California
