 In response to this post, I wish to inform the reader that it was written by a former probationary employee whose employment was terminated. Nathan was let go strictly for lack of performance and
productivity.

 I am are very proud of our workplace and staff.  We have over 30 full time employees in our Miami office and we do in fact maintain certain back office servicing in locations with lower costs in order to pass those savings on to our clients and provide the well-paid, high skilled jobs to our local
employees.

 In light of this complaint we have reviewed our hiring and training process for new employees and introduced a more formal termination and exit interview protocol.

This anonymous writer is an ex employee who was terminated due to poor performance. Rapid Capital Funding, like all companies, strives to employ high caliber employees that must meet certain criteria. All Rapid Capital employees are afforded tremendous growth opportunities and it is unfortunate that this particular ex employee feels disgruntled.
