While on FB was solicited by this company that I could order a FREE bottle of their product and pay only for shipping and handling only. I scoured their advertisement looking for anything that would say I would be enrolled or billed in the future for any automatic shipments etc..there was nothing!!! Well, unfortunately, I did receive my bottle but 3 weeks later I was charged $84.74 on my cc.
When I tried contacting this company I immediately realized I was scammed! The company states that during the initial ordering of the product they have this Statement...."By ordering I agree to these terms and condistions. I will be charged today for shipping and handling and receive a trial bottle of Simply Garcinia. If I do not cancel the trial within 14 days, I will be billed $84.74 for the bottle received. Plus, if I decide to keep my bottle, on day 45 I'll also have my Simply Garcinia Weight Loss Program activiated, where a fresh supply will be shipped every thirty days at the discounted price of $84.74 until I cancel. I can Cancel at anytime or adjust my renewal frequency by calling customer service..." Unfortunately, I do not have a screen shot of my actual order and have no way of fighting them on this!! AT NO TIME was there ever any statement such as the one above that I had to agree to...I would NEVER have placed an order PERIOD.
I have tried with no luck even cc company couldn't assist. Do yourself a favor and just go to a local vitamin shop and get it for $20.00 or less! Or better yet don't even bother it's not a miracle pill and doesn't work anyway.
