bought a manual for my husbands renault master t35 before christmas, the internet web site said it would be 1st class postage and delivery within 48hrs and cost 5.99 but when it arrived 2 weeks later it came 2nd class and was 2 discs which we cant open and was charged twice have emailed them several times and have also emailed pay point but heard nothing from both of them...... total and utter rip off
