Had the same problem with this company and whilst they will not reply to my emails either I have tracked down some info that people may find useful. GO to this website: http://www.vikatec.com and type in rapidmanuals (all one word) and you might find the results interesting. I can trace them through various methods and I am taking them to court which for me is an open and shut case to include costs and compensation.
