December 2, 2018 I ordered via facebook/phone a free bottle of Forskolin Extract and paid $4.95 shipping. Once I completed my payment section another order for Mango Cleanse appeared for free with $4.95 shipping. Total of $9.90 I was okay with. I received the order about 5 days later.
On December 20, 2018 while checking my bank account, I found two charges for the same two products totally $181.51. I contacted my bank to report it and then I called the customer service number from my original order. 877-494-9848 The rep, Junior, was able to cancel the order (while the charges were still pending). I asked him about the refund and he stated it was all taken care of.
On December 27, 2018 I called the customer service again to check on the refund. Jessica stated that the money was nonrefundable.
I am not in the habit of giving that much money away for nothing. Need some help. I got the company name on the back of my bottles from the original order.
