I ordered a car manual from this company for 5.99. When I got my credit card statement a further 3.00 for what was termed a cash advance fee apparently this firm uses a system called Alertpay and treats all as cash payments. To date I have not received the manual and have not received a reply to any of the five emails I have sent them about this matter. I believe other people are having similar problems with this company
