This company took my money through 'moneybookers.com', acknowledged the receipt of the funds, placed my order as pending and then ignored my e-mails for 3 weeks as they did nothing...finally they replied....

it seems that we have had some problems with our old payment processor Skrill (MoneyBooker). This is who you have made your payment with, they have frozen all funds in our account so we are unable to process your order. We now have a new trusted payment processor (PayPoint), You will need to re-order on our website using our new trusted payment processor (PayPoint). Once you have re-placed your order then we will begin to process your order immediately and you will be automatically refunded from Skrill (Moneybookers). Your new order will be dispatched same day via 1st class royal mail.

I didn't feel like pushing more funds their way as it sounds too fishy, moneybookers agreed to refund me my funds after rapidmanuals also refused to communicate with them...

I also have been scammed by this company, I contacted them day after my order on the 8th feb 2012  asking for  a tracker number for my item .
Then i discovered these reports and contacted there merchant PAYPOINT.NET through there email report system to cancel my order with rapidmanuals i received  another receipt for the item  no cancellation notice  .

  I contacted them again  to cancel the transaction to receive another receipt for the item .I checked my bank statement to find for each email i sent to cancel my transaction  paypoint processed another transaction and charged  my account 3 times  for 5.99.

 I contacted them by telephone and explained my situation to be told that they do not refund or able to cancel any transaction  from any merchant as the are only a gateway for merchants to be able to accept card payments.

I asked why for each email i sent to cancel my transaction that i was charged again  for the item they could not give me a clear answer and told me that they are only used as a gateway for the merchant.

I would stay clear from any merchant that uses paypoint.net as a payment method!!!!
