Rapidsos Rapid sos Their app didn’t work and I lost a good friend. New York New York

My good friend, now deceased, was very reliant on her mobile phone for her health. She suffered from really bad asthma attacks. She was worried about leaving her house where she has a landline to call 911 in case of emergency. I convinced her to installed this app, Rapidsos haven, that I saw mentioned online. They said if a person calls 911 from their mobile phone, they would be located immediately. This gave her the courage to leave home and get ou more. Things were looking up for her FINALLY. Late summer of 2017, she was out walking and felt an attack coming on. She called me and I told her to call 911 right away....but she wasn’t sure where she was. I was really worried but remembered that she installed this app and I felt better. That was the last I talked to her. After calling her for an hour, the phone was answered by a paramedic who said she had a heart attack brought on by the asthma attack. I asked how long it took to respond and he said they had difficulty finding her and it was only after driving around and listening through her phone for the siren that they found her — 45 minutes later. I believed what the story of the rapidsos app said and thought this might save her life. I asked the paramedic and he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I live now feeling this was in part my fault. I miss Carolyn. Don’t believe everything you read or hear.... this didn’t help my friend when she needed it the most.
