Rappaport, Hiltner & Crenshaw none that I am aware of. I received a letter and a certificate of guaranteed winner of $3,900,000.00, but asking me to make it official by sending them $20. I have not sent it. Babylon New York

Today, October 22, 2015, I received a letter from Rappaport, Hiltner & Crenshaw, claiming that I am a guaranteed winner

of a check in the amount of $3,900,000.00.  A replica, supposedly of the actual check, complete with my name on it, and 

signed by Ryan Wheeler, or so it seems.  They requested that I sign and date the documents and return it in just a few 

days, along with a check, moneyorder or cash.  Failure to comply will invalidate my winnings.  I just don't buy it, and 

looked the firm up on the internet.  I was not surprised to discover that others have complained about this same

attempt to deceive many.  I am entering this report in the hope that your advocacy group can do something about this.

I am very appreciative.  They wanted. $20.
