Simple I asked keytone to credit  my credit card as I did not want to use this product from keytone slim whoever they are. I called their customer service number and you do reach some one who is a paid answering service for this bogus company. they will tell you if you have waited more than 30 days to say to them I do not want this product I will send it back unopened and unused guess what they will charge you. as if you put it on your credit card they have in their corner. the banks are sort of at a crossroad as they cannot make them refund or credit your order get it if they do not want to refund you as they do not have to refund the amount you bought not like other offers. you have to be up on this as if the company is reputable they will refund scamers will not they know they do not have to. so you just bought a dead pony. I just got enlightened by my bank.
