(((REDACTED)))

I do a lot of online auctions, and have never had the experience I have had with this company. I was bidding on an auction that had many lots of clothing/shoes. I entered my bid with a decimal point-for example 4.00 for 4 dollars and I confirmed my bid. What I did not know was that the software registered my 4 dollars as 400. This was for a pair of boots, worth maybe $150.00 tops. On another page I entered 5 dollars and the confirmation screen said 500.00 dollars. This time I caught the error. I cancelled the bid and re-entered the five dollars with a decimal point as per my example, 3 times, and each time when I went to the second page to confirm my bid, the screen said it was 500.00. I gave up entering my bid with a decimal, which is how you are supposed to enter a bid. I called to complain about what appeared to be a glitch with the software they use, as the problem did not happen on every bid, and was told they would not erase my bid, but would delete the computer error of the 400 dollar max bid. Huh? Crystal told me that "she knew it was my fault because it came from my IP address". Talk about clueless. I told her it wasn't the IP that was the problem, it is obviously a problem with the software they use. Still did not compute. I then told her she could erase my bid or I would talk to my bank to deny the charge from them. I had asked for a supervisor which she could not provide, only the email of the owner Chris Rasmus. I then tried to log into my account a minute later and was told by the screen that my account was no longer authorized. Talk about customer service. I called Crystal again and she then informed me that they were erasing my account, and that she had spoken to their "computer people" who assured her everything was fine. Please do not be victimized by these people. They have problems with their software and are either lying, or indifferent to the people they make money from.
