this long time crook, old time crook has left quite a path of loss and hurt for many years. This conmans habits started in colorado and then he took lots of people for big money , he will tell you he use to fly as a pilot for a major carrior this is a lie of course. he has been in the real estste business for years and now is in raton trying to scam more people. we made contact with a former employee of the local pd and found out of more of his behavior.  we then looked close at his current business in raton quest reatly and found quite the group working for him . me and several victims are all working to put a stop to his fraud . please tell all you can to help us recover our losses . he will try to smooth you over and has been a awesome conman his wife is a so called artist and louie has tried to work that angle as well. we believe that is why she uses her maiden name montoya , we beleive he has commited fraud against victims in raton new mexico and all over colorado .  now he has some toruble in trinidad as well . look out for the experienced little conman . we beleive he might suffer from syphillis and it may be plagueing his brain , to many homosexual encounters over the years.  we are a rather large group look out for him at your air feild as well .
