On 9/21/2017, I entered into a contract with Globalcast Media Holdings, LLC for two(2) Kiosks units at a price of $9,000.00 EACH. The contract states that the units were to be delivered and activated within 90 days of the date of the Agreement. I paid $10,800.00 down as a deposit via bank wire transfer on 9/21/2017.
As of today, 8/20/2018, the units have not been delivered. I had been in communications with Raul Hernandez, President and Director of Sales and Acquisitions, 305.322.5439 for several months. Each time he made promises that he never kept about the delivery of the kiosks. Recently, I have tried to contact him several times via phone and email but have been unsuccessful on getting a return response back.
I requested a full refund of my deposit via email on March 29, 2018. I have yet to receive this refund. I believe this company is a complete FRAUD and never had any intentions on delivering the kiosks to me. The phone numbers to the corporatate office (800.243.6163), Technology office (512.516.7549) are not valid! I called the location of 701 Brickell Avenue, Ste 1550, Miami, FL 33131 and they said a company by this name does not reside there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!
