Raul Khan Chop Shop Mechanic Lien Liar Rip Off Theft Baltimore, Maryland

I gave my car to a friend to get it repaired while i was sick. He was refer by his friend to take it to Raul Khan shop. It was located on the corner of mclean and frankford avenue at a Shell gas station. He refuse to give my friend a receipt for the 500 dollars in cash that was paid on the repairment. He had to call the police, who told him to file a complaint in civil court about the matter. Raul Khan not only didn't provide a receipt/billing invoice of the charges for the repairs. After; not hearing from him in regards to when the car would be available for pickup. We found out that my car was vandalized while in his care on his property. He never informed us that my tags were stolen too. I reported the car stolen to the MVA who found it listed in the Prince Georges county for sale. He refuse to report it to his insurance company, he told us that he was going to clean it up. The front window was cracked, trash piled up on the back seat, one of my tags missing, scratches/dents on the doors too. He refuse to talk to us in a professional business manner. We kept running from Belair Road shop to his Frankford ave shop looking for my car which had not been repaired. I was told by my finance company that he was trying to buy the title for the car. I was sufferring from a benign brain tumor, having seizures attacks while awaiting surgery. He took advantage of my valunerability, weaknesses which was my illness. I file for a small law suit at the civil court house, i notice that the courtroom was empty. When, the judge came in to start the case, a clerk interupted the session. We were forced to change court rooms, another judge male instead of a female which what we had before changing. He came in the courtroom without an attorney, nor case file. The judge would hardly aloud me to talk, everytime i would try to explain the entire case, he would interupt me. The judge told Mr. Raul Khan to return back to me my car. He never gave him a penalty to answer to if he disobey a court order. So, there was no reason for him too. no threat. I tried to explain to the judge who had been bought, that he falsified mechanic lien. I didn't owe him any money, he thought that i was not going to return to pick up my car, after my surgery. Iam unemployed and don't have money to refile this case, iam seeking a probono lawyer, if one is available for me, i have some other cases to file too. Alot of these foreigners come over here ripping off america its enought that there is no jobs for us now that they've taken over the country.     He use the mechanic lien law to steal my car from me, i swear on bible that i paid that man, and he used his business to steal my car.
