My name is David C. Robinson, legal counsel for PosiGrip. We have recently become aware of libelous internet postings by unknown persons trying to besmirch the good name of my client and several other franchises and business opportunities.
PosiGrip has launched a full investigation to determine the identity of the perpetrators and preliminary findings indicate the same I.P. address in all but 1 case. Once the perpetrator or perpetrators have been determined, PosiGrip will spare no expense to prosecute them both civilly and criminally in Federal Court.
