I learned about Google Money Profit on the Internet. The ad was for shipping the Google Money Profit CD for $2.95. I authorized this transaction. I received a response after the money was taken. After speaking with a Google representative, I learned that this was not what I expected it to be.

I went to withdraw money out of my account, and learned that an additional $39.95 was taken. I contacted the Raven Media Team. They gave me three confirmation numbers, and said that my money would be returned with 3 to 5 business days. That was on May 12, 2008.

I contacted them everyday after this. One representative said that it was returned on May 13, 2008, and that all my bank would have to do it to return it to my account.

I called on May 21, 2008, and the representative told me that it was returned on May 19, 2008. I asked her to put me over to a supervisor. I waited 15 minutes. Finally, I hung. I am very dissatisfied, and hope that my money is returned soon. Thanks for all your help.
