Ravenshoe (eye serum) Ravenshoe Vitamin C, New York, NY Never sent my eye serum & keep trying to charge my card full price for it when I was told it would only be the cost of shipping New York New York

I was offered a free 30 day trial of this "great” product that was a "huge hit” on Shark Tank. The add said that I could get the anti-aging mosterizer for only the cost of shipping. After I completed my order, I was immediately directed to another offer saying that for just $4.95 I could get an eye serum. I can’t remember if that was the cost or if that was another cost of shipping thing...regardless I wasn’t going to buy it at first. I couldn’t get the add to close and eventually was like: "why not? It’s only $5, and my eyes have been looking bad” so I went for it. I received the face cream but never the eye serum, AND they (ravenshoe vitamin c New York, NY) have been trying to charge my card every few days for just over $97!

I can’t find anything on-line about who to contact to cancel/complain/etc. I only find adds for the product saying the same thing I was originally "sold” on. Luckily I gave a card that I rarely have much money on because if I had done my bank card I would have overdraft and had fees to pay for a product I never received and that was only suppose to be shipping cost! It has only been about 2 weeks since I ordered, so even if there was fine print I didn’t see, it hasn’t been 30 days, which was the trail offer I received.

So why would they try and charge me full price for anything that I haven’t had my 30 days to try? And why did I not receive the eye serum? Everything about this situation is fishy to me! I’m not even sure if the two products are related anymore! The offer had very little information in the first place, maybe that should have been a bigger red flag. Now, I can’t leave any money on this card ever, and I need to get a new card or track down this company...either way it is a huge hassle for something that I was lied to about!
