I am the Office Manager at National Modification Service and I have not had any knowledge of the negative posting that Ravin Lakhram accused me of writing, until recently.
After careful research, what has been found to be factual and can be proven, upon request is the following:
Ravin Lakhram and his MOTHER, Evelyn Surujawattie Deonarine, called me on September 1st 2009 and accused me of writing a negative posting about their family of business.  They both threatened me (I was surprised to receive the threatening messages from his mother, since she claims to be very religious.  Not a very godly woman now).  Shortly after, there was a negative posting about our company (refer to Google or Rip-off Report and type National Modification Service). 
We have not had any negative postings thus far.  These are clearly farce and have no substantiality.  In addition, when Ravin Lakhram's sister anonymously rebutted to this complaint and when the false anonymous complaint was posted about National Modification Service, it was at the same time.  Coincidence?  Highly unlikely.  Seems like the one who is VENDICTIVE and hypocritical to add, is Ravin Lakhram and his family of business. 
Shortly after Ravin Lakhram left National Modification Service, we have received several calls from people who indicated that money was taken by him and they have not heard back from anyone.  I researched and have found no files of these people in my office.  I also offered to help them.  One couple in particular, who pleaded for my help, came to my office.  I interviewed them and have found that they were actual relatives of Ravin Lakhram and his mother.  They indicated that Ravin Lakhram had taken $200.00 to add a spouse on the deed and $500.00 to start a loan modification.  They have not been able to reach Ravin Lakhram since.  When they were at my office, I also tried to call Ravin about them and I have yet to receive a response.  I have started the case with no fee as a courtesy.  If this is how you treat your own relatives, how will you help build back the rest of America's Economy?  Seems as though the only thing you are trying to build is your own pockets.
In the State of New York, in order to perform any of these services, you have to be an attorney or represent a law office.  According to my research Ravin Lakhram only has an associates degree and does not represent a law firm.  I have a signed affidavit from his relatives (only some of his victims), indicating Ravin Lakhram's deceptive, illegal practices and their unfortunate encounter with him.  I'm glad I kept a close eye on Ravin when he worked here and more importantly, I'm glad he is no longer here.  Shame on you Ravin!  This is not how I trained you!  If you have a money back guarantee, call your relatives and give them their back their money.  The husband's eyes were very red from lack of sleep to support his family and this is how you help?  My heart broke when I saw this grown, sympathetic man pleading to me.
Ravin Lakhram, I encourage free enterprise but if this is how you are going to conduct yourself, you should not be in the field of public service.
