Ray Acuzi and his company Spectrum Funding Solutions is a scam operation,. We paid a $500.00 comittment fee to Ray Acuzi upfront, ( BIG MISTAKE) to obtain a loan on a refinance of one of my properties, We have over $400,000 of equity, and signed promissory notes but when it was time to fund the deal Ray Acuzi gave us nothing but excuses. His grandson was in the hospital, his underwritter was in court, he was in a car accident, he then changed his phone number after several weeks, and now does not answer the phone, He is a scam artist., lair, and a crook, For $500.00 really, wow, . We sent this guy 6 deals that would produce over $600,000 in profit, but scam artist are interested in stealing money, not earning money,
Stay away from this guy, dont pay any money upfront for any loans, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is a scam,.
