I found this site through an Facebook advertisement/like and it looked legitimate. They advertise as Ray Ban sunglasses with reduced prices. No where on the site does it say thay are not geniune Ray Ban but I expected them to be fair knock offs, not the real thing.
I placed my order for two pair. Total sale was $54 and changes. My debit card was then billed for $60.38.
About a week later my order arrived, with no invoice, packing slip, or return information. The glasses that were sent were identical and NOT what I ordered.
I contacted the company through their "contact us" on the website. No reply.
I sent a message to the email address registered with the website owner. No reply.
I sent a second message throught the "contact us" and recevied a reply with a package tracing number. I thought this was for the replacement package containing the glasses that I purchased. It was not. It was for the incorrect items that I had already received.
I've made several attemps to have "rbgif.com" send what I ordered. They have not responded and now the e-mail address is no longer valid.
These are not geniune Ray Ban sunglasses and the company is a total rip off.
