I feel I got conned into buying some cheap sunglasses. I should've known better but my phone has been bugged with adverts and this one caught me early in the morning. Plus with christmas coming up I had an idea. I didn't realize that they were knock offs until I looked at the website more clearly and noticed obvious spelling errors. That's always the giveaway as they try their best to mimic the authentic site and even use photos of the company's headquarters claiming it as their own. I noticed I was charged a lot more than what the invoice stated. I emailed to ask but never got a response. It took a month to receive the product only to find it was the wrong one.
The only reason I even considered buying them in the first place was because of the amazing blue colour metal frame Ray Bans they were selling. Instead I received the original black plastic frames. Since then I have had no luck with customer service. They did reply once with a return address that's completely different to the shipping address and google doesn't recognize it. No building number provided, it indicated the Putian people's government building????? really???? so I'm holding onto the pair I have until I hear/if I hear anything back as I feel I'll just be out more money having to ship these back and then never receive the pair I ordered or get a refund. Am looking into getting a chargeback from my cc provider and having them charge the company back plus a penalty fee. Funnily enough, since I threatened to tarnish their name and mess with their SEO for their website, they've gone and changed the name of their website.
I feel like a fool as I should've known better myself (its been a long time since I bought sunglasses so the deal didn't seem that unrealistic to me at the time) but any website that has spelling mistakes is typically a Chinese rip off. stay away
