In June I was in your store and was inquiring about redoing my deck. Your sales people were very helpful and I even got several potential contractors who could complete my job.  I did end up choosing Remodel Me STL.  I did look on line and did not find anything negative about the company, got a bid and decided to hire this company to complete my deck.  I signed a contract in late July and planned for the work to start August 1.  I gave Ray Jennings my down payment and he ordered material to start the job.  I selected my deck color and signed the contract on July 22, 2017.  Almost immediately he came up with new charges even though in the origional contract he charged to fix the siding, he said it had to be replace and wanted me to redo the whole house.  Finally the deck  boards were completed and on August 6, 2017 he told me it was going to be completed.  (it was not).  Ever since then I have been waiting with no luck to have him finish the deck.  I have enclosed pictures so you can see how it was left.  After no work being done for more than a month in a half I fired him on September 28, 2017.

 

I have since had a contractor out to bid the finishing of the project come to find out he rebuilt the stairs at only 2'4"(they were 4" wide before) and therefor must be removed and rebuilt.

 

I would strongly advise not to recommend this guy and whatever company he is going to use (he has changed his company name many times) to other customers of yours.  He does bad business and is a crook.
