This vile individual, Mr. Raymond Richer Jr., has ripped off countless people who have worked as independant contractors for his company, Canada Inc. 6193021, an authorized distributor for Summitt Energy.

He has made numerous promises to different individuals with absolutely no intention of following through.

He lies to new recruits, claiming that they will be paid an hourly wage when in reality they are paid based on commissions. Compensation paramaters are changed on a whim from an hourly wage to commissions to a draw against commissions to non payment etc. . .

He deceitfully "helps" people with cash or "gifts", and then later insists that the recipients of said "gifts" owe him often pressuring them to use their own vehicles to operate his business or forcing them to work unscheduled weekends.

When individuals quit his company or get fired, he refuses to pay them what they are owed or makes them wait an unreasonable amount of time before paying them only a small portion of what they are owed.

He often does not provide proper sales/pay reports when requested insisting that it is a favour if he does because of the cost associated with managing the information. To quote him, "What do you mean you 'need' a report. Not only do I pay you, but I have to pay a book-keeper in order to manage that information. You should be grateful that I would do this for you for free. I should be able to get the report for you sometime next month or so if I get the chance. There are much more important things I could spend my time on."

To top it all off, he puts pressure on people to partake in wholly unproffessional competitions. For example, two sales people are pitted against one another and the one with the least sales at the end of day or week gets pied in public or has to partake in a "mystery bob" whereas the loser has to stick his face in a bucket of whipped cream to find something hidden.

All in all, he is an incompetent business owner who has no concept of how to treat people in a business environment.
