1 - had problems with brakes from day 1 , told them about it and they told us they would look at them and we got pictures of them hiding our car in a building that was getting worked on .  then we took it back because the brakes failed again  and they finally took the wheels off and break pads off on drivers side brake was cracked , and the mec . said they are sopossed to be like that  , then the guy that sold us the car finally liasoned to me and called us-31 ray skillman and spoke to their mec and ask him if the brakes were sopossed to sound like that and be cracked ? he said no , then they sent us to us-31 and they fixed it  they said there was a lot of problems with the breaks . then we took it to post for our oil  changed  and they left the cap off and oil went all over the engine and we had to roll down all windows because we could not breath , we had to take it back to us -31 for them to clean our engine off .  we took it back to post road about 2 weeks ago for another oil change after i left and went next door to get gas i then noticed my hood was all dented up on the peek  , i called post road about it and took my car back up there and spoke to j. scott the assistant service manager and he said he would look at it , then he came up frount and took me to my car , and said he don't think they did it  , i told him it was not like this befor i brought it in . so far it has cost me  $ 250.00 to get most of all the dent's out so it don't look as bad .
