I was holding an open house for one of my clients at the ice works appartments in alexandra st paddington last saturday when i placed my iphone containing all my clients contact details near the front entrance of the building shortly after chris hadgelias a rival real estate agent was captured on one of the buildings security cameras where he was seen to pick up my phone then walk back to his car before driving off when i went to confront chris he even had the nerve to lie to my face even after i told him he had been caught on camera i obtained a copy of the security tape and took it to the police who chared chris with theft even then he refused to return the phone he plead guily and was ordered to pay $900.00 restitution i later received calls from a number of my clients stating chris had called them obviously from the numbers he found on my phone which he stole bad mouthing myself and place estate agents and trying to convince them to sign sole agents contracts with ray white which none of them did i will be reporting you to the reiq chris you are on notice

It’s odd these comments all happened in a way that are so similar. What’s equally odd is that they tend to be posted during times Tony Walter, I mean Mark Dunn isn’t in jail for his campaign of harassment against the Hadgelias family. What’s sad is that the rip off report won’t remove them despite it being easy to search the issues and see they are without merit.

Actually, this site is a public website and/or forum. If there is any false claim, it is the burden of the person who is being reported to clear it.
Anyway, the reporter wrote extremely BAD English which gives me doubt that the person is really a realtor. Why? Because it shows how educated the person is! A realtor should at least be able to write proper English (no need to be lavish about it). To write completely bad grammar with both run-on and no capitalized English paragraph, it shows the person's unprofessionalism.

It's so wrong that these internet sites are able to print fictitious reports trying to discredit people without any evidence of truth to the story. I was appalled to google my name and come across this so called legitimate report .
The tragedy is your site (ripoff report.com) takes no responsibility for its content nor takes any steps to discover any truth to any publication it allows to be printed.
