In December 2004 the ACCC accepted administrative undertakings from Ray White Paddington Judy Goodger and Glynis Austin following misleading and deceptive advertising following a complaint about advertising of three properties in 2003 properties were promoted using bait pricing significantly below the prices which they were passed at auction ray white and its agents acknowledged that they engaged in predetory pricing ACCC chairman Graeme Samuel said that he was dissapointed with the level of cooperation provided by the agents and the franchise owner and fined them despite being under investigation for several over bait pricings since they are allowed to operate freely this is discusting agents found to be involved in insider trading and predetory pricing should be behind bars
