OMG!!! AVOID THIS MANIAC SALESMAN Sheran Fernando from Ray White Toowoomba Range, 4 Tourist Road, East Toowoomba.  He has a temper like you would not believe.  He bashes his wife regularly and the whole community knows of this yet he still sells real estate.  If it were me I would never EVER LET THIS MAN into my house to sell it or approach him to buy a house no matter how much I wanted to buy that house.  HE CALLED A FRIEND OF MINE A "DOG" because she asked him to deliver the keys up to the house she bought from him and that settled on the day.  HE SAID IT WAS AFTER 5PM and that he was going to FLUSH THE KEYS DOWN THE TOILET. When she told him off he said "YOU ARE A CRY BABY AND A TIZZY GIRL - YOU ARE A JOKE".  She went to meet him at the house and he THREW THE KEYS TO HER HOUSE AT HER HEAD and the keys hit her on the temple.  HE SPED OFF LIKE A MANIAC IN HIS 4-WHEEL DRIVE.  NOW this friend of mine BOUGHT A HOUSE FROM THIS MANIAC and he speaks and treats her her like that !!!! I TOLD HER TO RING THE POLICE and she said what is the point when all he would do is deny it AND THEN she would be targeted by THE CREEPS HE HANGS OUT WITH because HE KNOWS WHERE SHE NOW LIVES as she bought a house from him. 

 He has a reputation around town for beating up his wife; he is a CONTROL FREAK and HAS A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER because he comes from SRI LANKA AND BELIEVES ALL WHITE PEOPLE OWE HIM.  AVOID THIS NUT.  He is a VIOLENT MAN.   AVOID THIS MAN.  DO NOT BUY FROM HIM AND IF YOU DO YOU CAN EXPECT TO HAVE A SET OF HOUSE KEYS HIT YOU as his personal way of saying THANK YOU FOR BUYING A HOUSE FROM RAY WHITE TOOWOOMBA RANGE.
