Raybin Management Made promises for an event that they did not follow through on. Greenwich, Connecticut

I purchased VIP tickets through Raybin Management for an event.  Included with the VIP status was a VIP party with actors from the "SAW" movies, a film screening with live commentary from the actors, and a question and answer session from the three actors. 

When the event time came up, they did not fully follow through with the events listed above.  The VIP party was very crowded, and the actors were there for only 15-20 minutes.  The screening did not really have a live commentary; the commentary lasted for only 10 minutes or so.  The Q&A session actually happened as planned, but was poorly executed by the owner of this company.

There were three levels of VIP status available.  Luckily, I purchased the lowest package, because from what I heard, the other events were not as planned either. 

I have emailed the owner about my disappointment with the event, and I have yet to hear any response back.  This company is very unprofessional. 

I would like to warn anyone who is planning on doing any business with this company.  Please do your research first, and understand that you may not be purchasing what you think you are.  Be prepared for disappointment.
