Raylene is so phony, up until you pay for her services,that she practicly forces on you and forces you to pay, everything is all right. However when you are not able to accept her services, due to financial reasons, she turns on you and sents you to collections, no matter is you tired to explain your situation or not.

She really got me. I'm beeing threatened by Raylene and her Team, that if i don't pay (for something i didn't order) i will be sent to collections and that this will ruin my credit history. Thats not fair. If i would have known what was getting myself into, i would have never opened her first letter, not to mention sent her my money.
