I have worked with this person to market mortgage loan clients to close with this company and Ray Wolff is a rip-off! He takes tooooo long to close simple refinanced loans and then doesn't pay his workers for the deals that we bring into the company....Ray Wolff is a schisters and not to be trusted! He has promised the mortgage clients one thing and not gave them what the needed and still closes the loan and doesn't fully compensate the staff for the hard work done on the files! I am qualified to work as a contract licensed mortgage employee and he refuses to pay my invoices in full and has created a great financial hardship in my household! DO NOT WORK OR Bring Any Kind of Business to this Person! His other business in the same location by the name of Commercial Capital USA, Inc....He will not pay you on time and definately not in full! I have also checked with the Secretary of State of Virginian and he has not paid his corporate fees to date! Take him to small claims court and be sure to place other complaints against him when he is not payng your wages in full.
