RazerDeals RazerGlobal.com Take the Money and Run???? Powder Springs, Georgia

I purchased 2 pair of Okabashi men's surf flip flops on July 13, 2012 from www.razerdeals.com . A couple of days after my purchase I sent an email to Ron Lawrence at rlawrence@razerglobal.com. This was the email address that had confirmed my purchase and invoice number 1039. I noticed right off the bat that the email address was different that the .com I had purchased from, razerdeals vs razerglobal.com . My purchase was $20 plus $4.95 shipping. 

I filed a complaint through paypal which is how they are set up to be paid. Multiple emails 3 phone calls to 1-855-550-3325 a guy answered the second time I called it, said my order was shipping on 18 July. 2012 and he would call me back with a UPS tracking #. That didn't happen either. I just came back from vacation which is why the surf sandals where purchased and nothing has arrived (we had a house sitter) no emails and no phone calls. since all this began, it appears that RazerDeals has updated their website with an inquiry page.

$24.95 time how many people not getting what they are paying for? Smells like SCAM! Pulling trigger on PayPal and making it a claim not a complaint!
