My experience with this outfit is about identical as the others found here at Ripoff Report:
o-Got sucked in to a trial offer
o-Found the service useless and moved on
o-Discovered later that I'm being billed $39.95 a month unauthorized
o-Received no response to my emails instructing them to stop.

The trial offer requires confirmation, and the terms and conditions are explained in detail. Registration for the trial offer requires purpose.
The service can be fully employed with the use of the support@razoreye.com mail. Questions can be forwarded there, where clients can be guided as to maximizing the use of these searches.
It is clearly stated, before the registration is finalized, cancellation, within the three day trial, is necessary to end the subscription. If this is not done, the membership is automatically extended, and a monthly bill of $39.95will be charged.
Cancellation can be requested by mailing to cancel@razoreye.com, or support@razoreye.com. A reply will be sent once the transaction has been processed.
