I ordered what was advertised from this company as ticket for the semifinal NCAA game in New Olreans. The price of the tickets was way lower than other game tickets but I checked the company out and they seemed to be legit. Two confirmatio0n e-mils for the company listed that I had purchased two game tickets to the NCAA semifinals at the Mercdes Benz Supremedome. Instead they sent me tickets to a fan gathrings at the convention center at New Orleans not game tickets. I called to complain and there response was I should have known by the loow cost of the tickets. Again all of the e-mails and confirmations listed these tickets as tickets for the game.

After e-mailing the corporate office the CEO personally e-mailed me and refunded my money and told me to keep the tickets I had been sent. I'm satisfied with the company making things right
