 Simply enough the original sales person Koyce sold us on the fact RBC would be acting in our behalf to assist in litigating against our Lender WF. She gave us questions go answer which would assist them in determining if our case was possible. They were to litigate not do a HAMP OR HARP regarding our mortgage. Well to make a long story short, they got our $5000, danced us around for 11 months, changed attorneys on (as some quite), we dealt with inept staffers. Then we find out they requested info which was only to submit for a HARP of which our bank had denied us twice previously. Poor communication, administration, lack of legal representation and failure to perform the task initially as we hired them to do. We were told it could take 3-6 months. But they jacked around so long it's been eleven and now we're in a more dangerous state than we were prior to hiring these PEOPLE. Our initial consultant has also left the company. Somebody screwed us with a splintered mop handle!
