RBH Support rbhsupport.com Company Processing fraudulent charges Internet

An eldery relative had a charge from rbhsupport.com appear on their credit card statement.  The company's web site is a single page which lists an email address, USA toll free number, and live chat help screen.  It lists an address in Scotland.

I tried the live support and chatted with "General Support" who asked for a lot of personal info to look up the charge.  When I told them I wanted to just find out who they are and what the company does they told me they were not the ones that processed the charge but that they have info based on the charge for searching purposes.  They said only that they were an outsourcing company but could not tell me what that meant or what they outsouced. 

They refused to tell me more unless I supplied them with more personal information including charge card info.  Since I was skeptical of the whole charge to begin with I naturally did not want to give them personal information.  I just wanted to find out who they were and what they do to see if the charge could be something that my relative might have ordered.  Since they refuse to give this info out I presume it means the charge was just a rip off scam. 

We'll dispute the charge but I wanted to post something that might help othes identify a similar problem with this company.
