I called "RBM of Atlanta"(www.rbmmb.com) Mercedes Dealer as a potential customer inquiring about an extended warranty. I had the displeasure of speaking with Sabrina O'Donnell who in all intense purposes conveyed to me that she didn't want my business and was too busy to provide simple warranty information. I told Sabrina O'Donnell that I am interested in an E500 and have been working with a few Mercedes dealers other than RBM of Atlanta. After a very short and tempered rebutal from Sabrina O'Donnell I requested to speak with the General Manager, Chuck Reynolds. She hung up on me. I phoned Chuck Reynolds and surprisingly got a returned call. General Manager, Chuck Reynolds, also expressed his unwillingness to assist me even after I told him a was a potential customer. I deduct RBM of ATLANTA Mercedes Dealership does NOT need business and judges or profiles a person's financial status & professional background by just talking to them on the phone. Think about the less fortunate and how they are treated, hopefully this will help you understand.


Chuck Reynolds was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SNOTTY, & GROSSLY underestimated my purchasing power. I am now looking for a new 5 or 7 series BMW. I purchased a brand new BMW 528 in 1998 and was elated with it's incredible performance and maintenance FREE upkeep. BMW in my opinion is a far better automobile in all aspects. If you do buy a Mercedes, DON'T buy it from RBM of Atlanta! I suggest you purchase a BMW and drive in style. Due to this confrontation I will never purchase a Mercedes Benz and if by some crazy chance I do it will not be from RBM of Atlanta
