Hey RC!

I am very glad you e mailed me. You probably heard about me back in August when i had problems with the service department. Well, really, it starts back in october of 2005 i had purchased my first vehicle from you guys at rc hill when i moved down here from nyc. The sale went smoothly and i was excited to be driving off in my 2000 eclipse. First year was great in the car then it started to fall apart. my sunroof was the first to stop working then my odometer then my headlights and im sure a couple of other minor but annoying gadgets started to fail on me. Of course i expected that because i financed a used vehicle. Then the head started to leak oil and some how a puddle of water kept appearing on the passenger floor of the car and it started to smell like mildew/mold. Had no idea where it was coming from i assumed it was a leak from the sunroof from rain. So i took it in and the service dept and the manager told me they had to take out the whole ac unit and dashboard in the car to fix the problem and clean out the mildew and get rid of the smell beacause my a c was leaking water into the car that's why i had a puddle of water on my passenger side floor. So $900.00 later they said they fixed my problem and shouldn't have a problem again. LOL. the girl at the front desk pulled my car around and held my door open for me and said enjoy your cool ac as she had it running for me already! i sat in the car and my ac was blowing out hot air, still smelt like mildew and there was a puddle of water on the passenger side floor. i admit i did get angry and kinda rude but hello they just vaccumed the water out and said it was because it rained overnight. So i went to the sales department looking for RC HILL and the manager in there told me you were busy and he could help me. So i tell him what the problem was and i ended up getting a new car. DID NOT WANT A NEW CAR but at that point the salesman got me when i was vulnerable and told me getting a new car was a better idea than having to fix the one i had because warranty would cover all the problems that would occur with the old car. OK great idea as long as the payments were the same as i had it. Of course that couldn't work out because of my credit income etc. But we did come up with a number that i wasn't complete satisfied with but good enough. I chose a WHITE galant. They did paper work on a BEIGE and i was told if i changed the color the payments would go up more. Looked like they were getting frustrated with me in the sales dept. im starting to make everything short because i dont even know if anybody is really reading this and im growing tired of this whole dilemma i had. THATS NOT ALL OF THE PROBLEM I HAD SO IF YOUD LIKE TO KNOW MORE FEEL FREE TO CALL! I could start with i had to pay for an oil change on my last visit THE ONLY REASON WHY I WENT WITH A NEW CAR WAS FOR THE WARRANTY!!!! I am also still paying for the eclipse that your service department FAILED TO FIX!!!! Thank you for your time.

THEY SOLD ME A 2009 MITSUBISHI GALANT ES FOR $21,000, STICKER PRICE, THE VEHICLE IS NOW WORTH $13,000 WITH 10,000 MILES. DID HAVE NEGATIVE EQUITY ON THE ECLIPSE I TRADED IN, BUT IT WAS ABSORBED.
