Do Not REPEAT Do Not order from this "company". On January 20, 2012 I ordered a watch. Order # 58566-$225.00 On February 3, 2012 I receive the watch and it did not work, you can not change the time and date. I e-mailed my complaint and ask for an exchange the same day.
Four (4) days later I received this reply "Read the instruction manual..you have to push the buttons really hard" I returned the watch via USPS, the watch was delivered on February 13, 2012, they did not pick up the watch until February 17, 2012. What "company checks their mail every four days?"
It is March 2, 2012 I have yet to receive a replacement watch. I since sent an e-mail to check on the status of my return. NO REPLY!! Phone calls go directly to a voice mail.
RC Jewels dba HipHopBling is a unprofessional business, company if you can call them that. Working out of their mother's basement. No customer service what-so-ever. They think that since you are hundreds of miles away, they are untouchable, Yeah I stole your money what are you going to do about it mentality.
So save your time and money and DO NOT buy anything from these MotherFu***** at all!!

As for the late response, this is not our website, we take care of our REAL CUSTOMERS. This is a 3rd party site which does not verify actually makes a purchase. Not from our system. If a purchase was required to complain on this site, the complaint wouln't exist. Moot issue.

How can this be a completely false complaint when it took you well over a year to reply to the complaint? I ordered from this "company" 2/3/2012. I filed my complaint on 3/2/2012. Hiphopbling replies on 5/29/2013. I bet when I produce my Wells Fargo credit card statement with the date that they charged my card, they will say that Wells Fargo is bogus, that I am not a real person and nevered ordered from them. I will GLADLY produce them any time and any where. I still have the few E-mails that they sent me to prove it. So RC Jewels dba Hiphopbling I am not BOGUS and neither is this complaint. You did what you did and just admitt that you blew it with my order.

The order number provided in this complaint is for a necklace for a customer who resides in the United Kingdom. This is a bogus complaint. Posts should be screeneed before being allowed on this website.
