RCA / THOMSON CONSUMER RELATIONS COMPANY HAS EMPLOYEE TO LIE AND NOT HONOR WARRANTY OF 42 FLAT SCREEN HD/TV INDIANAPOLIS Indiana

I purchase a 42 inch flat screen HD/TV less than a year ago, again it was working fine until it broke down. I called manufactur warranty, and since than it has went down hill all the way. I spoke to carrie at thomson, she gave me a list of company's to call, they all told me the same NOT TAKING NO WARRANTY FROM RCA/THOMSON DUE TO A LETTER THEY RECEIVED.

Called back spoke with Josh, he said i would have to wait to hear from a account resoultion it would take 3 to 5 days, never heard from no-one.

week later called back spoke to nichol she again gave me a list of company's to called, called them, same answer, called back spoke with jessica, josh and nichol again all on different days have still not heard from anyone yet. I have owned rca products before but never again.
