R.C.Boden Insurance Group Chris Boden --Company Spams Email and threatens when you ask them to remove you from their list-- Rocklin, California

Mr Laflair claims that I harrased and threatened him. The reason I told him off was because months ago I paid him to build me a landing page. I paid him all the money upfront. Then he doesn't respond to my emails asking for updates. It takes over a month for him to respond. Then when he finishes he doesn't send me the finished product. Sends me parts of it which doesn't allow me to post the landing page.
I emailed Mr David Laflair asking for help and he told me to take a hike. After me going back and forth with it he realized he never sent me the file. He then sent it. Did he ever say sorry for being rude? No! He said I was an "idiot" and my brother who was trying to help me an "idiot" as well.
This brings us to the event that Mr David Laflair is referring to. I sent out a email from my Outlook, mainly to family, friends, & business associates annoucing my brother laiunched a new iPhone game. Without me realizing I sent the email to David Laflair. He replies to take him off the list. I said there was no list that it was just a email about about my friends new iPhone app. Really not a big deal. In prior emails he told me to come to Tenessee (Im in California) and do something about it. So yes, I did get mad and say some rude things. It has nothing to do with my business or my ethics. When you get screwed over by a guy and then he's rude, you can only take so much. I did lash out and so did he. Its what happens sometimes.
I have been in business for over 7 years, have an outstanding track record within the community and for David Laflair to post parts of our emails slandering my name is unacceptables. I even asked him to put this behind us, delete the post, and we'll never talk to each other again. But he won't do it. This is what I had to deal with for months with him. He has done this to another business associate of mine, yet Im the guy who "lacks maturity" and I'm the "interent tough guy". I sell insurance, I barely know how to check email.
Mr David LaFlair is the wost person I have ever done busienss with. He took months to get a project done that was supposed to take a couple days, he tells me Im an idiot and my brothers an idiot becasue we asked him for help, and then he posts lies and slander about me. I apoligize for being rude and wish I never sent the email to him. He's proud that he's out there slandering my bad name. I want nothing to do with this guy and hope I never hear his name ever again.
