RCI Timeshare committs serious crimes and doesnt respond- class action exists againt rci Indianapolis Indiana

For 8 months RCI has committed several serious crimes and doesnt respond to the issues. I use RCI as much as anybody and over the years I see how they rob members. Today most of the weeks I get, RCI does not allow me to see. The internet with RCI is the worst I have seen. Get internal errors or sorry cannot do task,please call RCI. On answering the phone RCI gives special number to call when anybody has trouble with the internet. these are the same problems RCI had 4 years ago and these are simple problems to fix. RCI has class action against them for illegally renting out members weeks. I saw this 8 months ago and until today no response. When you complain to RCI they punish you. I am enclosing last letter to RCI and as of 11pm on March 3,there is no response. anybody involved with class action,kindly respond to this letter. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

03/03/08 DEAR MELINDA, IT IS NOW OVER 5 DAYS AND YOU AS IN THE PAST REFUSE TO ADDRESS YOUR CRIMES.YOU LIED ABOUT TAKING MY WEEKS IN HAWAII AND I WANT A CONFIRMATION FROM YOU THAT WEEKS ARE BACK. I WAS ALSO REPEATEDLY PROMISED BREAKFAST FOR TWO FOR ONE WEEK IN TURKEY. I DID NOT RECEIVE SUCH AND NEITHER YOU OR ORBITZ WOULD RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINTS. I GAVE YOU EVIDENCE OF PHONE CALLS FROM TURKEY TO YOU TO RESOLVE ISSUE. I ALSO GAVE YOU BREAKFAST BILLS AND YOU HAVE NOT SAID ONE WORD ABOUT THESE CRIMES OR PAYING ME BACK. THE EVIDENCE IS BELOW ON EMAILS. IN A TRANSFER OF A WEEK FROM WYNDHAM TO RCI, THE WEEK DISAPPEARED. RCI SUPERVISOR SAYS THESE THINGS HAPPEN. FOR YEARS WE HAVE HAD THE SITUATION WHERE WE CANNOT SEE WEEKS TRANSFERRED FROM WYNDHAM TO RCI WEEKS AND THERE IS SO MUCH OTHER CRITICAL INFORMATION THAT YOU DO NOT ALLOW US TO SEE. OWNING A WEEK AND NOT SEEING IT IS LIKE HAVING MONEY IN THE BANK, BUT IT DOESNT SHOW WHEN I LOOK AT ACCOUNT. AFTER SEEING YOUR PAST RECORD I BELIEVE THAT THIS RIDICULOUS ACT OF NOT LETTING US SEE WEEKS AND OTHER CRITICAL INFO IS DONE TO TAKE WEEKS. I WILL BE SENDING THIS TO RCI WEEKS,SO I GET CONFIRMATION THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. RCI POINTS GIVES CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT. FOR THE SIXTH TIME,YOU DID NOT RESPOND TO AMERICAN EXPRESS SO THEY LEGITIMATELY TOOK THE MONEY FROM YOU. TAKING THIS MONEY IS AN ATTEMPT TO GET PART OF THE MONEY ROBBED FROM ME PLUS ABSOLUTELY NO RCI CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I HAVE TO PAY FOR. AGAIN,YOU TOLD ME TIME IS SO CRITICAL AND YOU CONTINUE TO NOT RESPOND. SO YOU ARE A LIAR,A CHEAT,A NO RESPONDER AND A HYPOCRITE.
