I just ALMOST got sucked in to this scam - but thanks to visting this website, I now know what I suspected earlier today when I met with the Career Director, Andrew O'Brien at RDG International.

All reports posted to date match my experience of today to a tee. It is UNBELIEVABLE to me that this company continues to do business, and prey on the most vulnerable people out there - job seekers during an economy that is tanking by the day.

I wish some lawyer out there would seriously consider launching a class action suit against these white collar corporate criminals.

I started to suspect things were not right when the Career Director kept insisting that my boyfriend attend the second meeting. When he mentioned that fee structure would only be talked about at the second meeting, I told him upfront that I could not go into further debt right now, but would consider paying some service fee ONCE the agency placed me in a desirable position. Andrew O'Brien was totally evasive and told me think about the second meeting, and that he would follow-up with me next week.

Thanks to reading these consumer reports just now -- I will not be returning for a second interview. I consider myself a lucky one -- this company of scam-artistics and corporate thugs must be put out of business immediately!!

POSTED: Wednesday, December 16, 2009

Thanks for the update

Willam Baxter contacted emailed me last week, i emailed him back with my latest resume, he then emailed me saying that my profission is not his specialty so he will be refering me to an affiliate firm who contacted me today. Fortunately i am going away for a week and when i told them to book an appointment after that they told me they cant because it is too far away. i told the lady 10 days from now is not too far but she was too fast to hang up, i felt she didnt want to stay long on the phone.

what made me suspect this is when i came home i received another email from William Baxter, exactly the same one i received last week.

This made me go check them out.

thanks again

To all Victims: Report this Scam Now

AUTHOR: James - (Canada)

POSTED: Thursday, April 02, 2009

To all those victimized by RDG international (including me), you can now file your formal complaint to the Competition Bureau at (((Redacted)))

I already did and got a reply from them. The more complaints they receive, the more reason for them to investigate and prosecute.

Thank you.

I'm also a Victim of RDG International

AUTHOR: James - (Canada)

POSTED: Sunday, March 22, 2009

I am also a victim of this company. This happened September of last year. Despite all the warning signs and the bad vibes I felt, I still went through with it - paid $5,000 in the hopes of finding a job suitable to my qualifications.

The modus operandi is the same as described in all similar reports. I was called for an interview, met with Dale Smith, was told to come back for a second meeting with my wife, met with Morgan Shaw and was pressured into signing the contract and pay upfront. Like the others, I was also given a bunch of homeworks and was assigned a career advisor.

I was in denial for a long time believing this company is legit and that I would soon land that high-paying job they promised. I started having doubts after several months of meeting with my career counsellor with no real progress or developments. I also started seeing employment agencies which provided their services for free and had better programs that gave me better chances to get employed than RDG. Reading this report was the nail in the coffin - I realized I was scammed.

To all those who filed your reports, have any one of you reported this already to the proper agencies? Which agencies should we go to? I notice the reports have been filed since way back in 2004, which means a lot have been victimized by RDG for a long time now. When will this stop?

I have accepted the fact that I may not see my $5K anymore. I should have known better, now I'm learning the hard way. What I want is that this would not happen to others like us - who are trying to seek a better job/career only to be being taken advantaged of by these crooks.

I appeal to everyone to please launch an information campaign against RDG and to file them with the proper authorities. I will do the same.

May justice be served.

WOW!!! These guys are flat out creepy!!!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Thanks to everyone for posting and reporting this company. Like the many other posters, I initially received an email from a Nicholas Martin asking if he could pass on my info to his network. After brief look at his site, I thought I had nothing to lose and granted his request and within a couple of days was contacted by a woman named Sobie from RDG International. On the outset it seemed like a legit recruiting agency so I went ahead and booked an appointment to meet her. I so wish I had done more research before wasting my time for this appointment. From the moment I stepped out of the elevator I had a weird feeling. The set-up reminded of a doctors office and there was some weirdo with a toupe walking in and out of the receptionist's area, checking the receptionists appointment book and glancing in the waiting room every so often as if to size people up. People in there (and the building I should add as I ran into some weirdos in the elevator as well) had just a strange vibe, just something real creepy about them. Anyhow I was then called in to meet with a guy named Morgan and to sum things up it was a complete and utter waste of time and left there totally creeped out for some reason. I immediately did some digging on the net and found these reports describing exactly what I had suspected. These guys are real scum and I hope they get what is coming to them. Thank God for these reports and I hope everyone does whatever they can to spread the word about these low lifes.
