Rapid communications became Reach Broadband but they seem to be the same. Can not go 3 months without a problem!...Bad picture and sound, poor qaulity picture.Have to call in about problems very often.Sometimes 4 0r 5 times a month,or more...Hard to get ahold of them..long wait times are given for repairs...Technicians do not show up when promised, but do show up at Unexpected times....There are times techs were in my yard,no horn honked no knock on the door...He had my yard gate standing wide open! !!..My dog could have ran out.Disregard of pets, property, and privacy.Rude....

It costs over$57 a month for basic,about40 channels including local. One Hbo costs $12.95,same for each ONE of the premium channels...This is the Only cable I can get,5 miles from the town cable....Reach does not even offer internet at all here....I have no "street address" on them.Have been a customer for years. It does not get better.

WE FEEL YOU PAIN

To my friend in Arkansas, us people down here in Texas know exactly what you're talking about. TV picture is really bad, it's analog only here, no digital, no HD. We also have their internet and it's a thousand times worse than their TV cable. It goes down for days at a time. If you're in business and depend on a reliable connection, you're screwed to say the least. Your only option is to move to a larger town. They have no such thing as customer service. They just hire someone at minimum wage to answer the phone and lie to customers that they're "working on it". There are senior citizens here that their tv cable goes out and when they call, they get no response or they tell them that they have to get at least 3 calls before they'll check it out. Reach truly doesn't care about their subscribers and by all the complaints I see on the internet, they could care less about their reputation. It's really sad that a company could behave this way toward their customers, especially when they pay around $60 a month for basic cable that looks like tv did in the old days of rusty antennas.
