Reaching U Network Freedom Legal Plans, Reaching U For $6000.00 we have gotten nothing but excuses with NO explanations at all! Internet

My family and I are located in Spotsylvania Va. We are currently involved with LitVin Law group in a foreclosure situation. This has gone on for several months and we have paid thousands of dollars to this firm. We are getting little to no feedback from
this firm in regards to this matter, our emails are ignored and our request for phone interviews are also ignored. Not only are we in fear of the loss of our home but could be out thousands of dollars as well. We have had recent contact with a Virginia Beach Law Firm that is affiliated with LitVin that has been somewhat helpful but still no real concrete information in regards to our situation. We have paid them some five thousand dollars and gotten hardly any information. I have been advised to contact your office in the hopes that someone there could help us. Its as though we are being milked until the date
to leave is given for my family and I and we are asked to vacate the property. Of course, any Lawyer will tell you that there are no guarantees of which we have heard many times from the LitVin Firm.

I must add that we were contacted by an organization called (Reaching you) network, (Freedom Legal Plans) dba (American Legal Plans) in October 2011. Our first Mortgage at that time was in fair shape and had been recently modified but Citi Mortgage refused to Modify our second that went on for over 2 years with, (yes we can modify), (no we can't modify). Records were lost time and time again by Citi Mortgage on the attempted Modification of the second. We were at one time told by a Citi Reprsentive to not pay the second, then we would be of interest to them to modify it.  We sent them tons of
documentation over and over again for over 2 years.

We were advised by the organizations listed above to stop payment to Citi and to pay the Firm for their legal services and did so. It is our belief then and now that Citi had mislead us, so we decided to go with what we think to be  legal assistance. It seems we were scammed by our Mortgage company and now by LitVin Law (American Legal). 

We have been involved with American Legal Plans/Reaching U/ Freedom Legal for 8 months now, we have paid them $6000.00 to date, the same story I have read over and over again on this site to the word is happening to us. I do not live alone; I have a family with a wife and children. We need and want our home. We got in this situation due to very ill parents on both sides of our family that required my wife to be off from work caring for them for nearly a year and of course the economy has not helped us any. Its a shame that they are all con artist to include Citi Mortgage. They drag their feet and
tell you lies while taking your money, then claims it is all in the sake of helping you. $750.00 was taken from my checking account for the 9th time today. There is a lot that goes with our story, to much to print here. It starts with Citi and ends here. It is our hope and prayer that some one out there reads this and can help us before we lose our home and lots of money.
