Dr. Ting is the operator of this Chiropractic Office in Vancouver. He has no problem mentioning my name and my company's name, yet he doesn't even reveal his company name and his own name? He was referred to me by another Chiropractor. I was warned about how difficult he is to work with. I am not a representative that oversells products and services. I communicated exactly what his estimated results would be in a certain timeline for the marketing campaign throughout the sales process. Dr. Ting wanted the campaign to perform in the very first week - this is very unreasonable for any company doing online marketing. His complaint happened almost as soon as the camaign launched in week 1 when he did not receive his 30+ estimated telephone calls. I would never promise or oversell expectations to any of our valuable clients! One thing that I do want to rebuttle is that Dr. Ting is certainly wrong about the statement "she cares only about her commissions."
